This mixed-use project consists of three floors of affordable family housing above street-level space for the West Seattle Food Bank and other social service agencies, plus underground parking, all on a tight urban site. The housing is centered around a south-facing central courtyard, which provides a light-filled, quiet oasis for a project that is on a major thoroughfare, while also promoting community-building among resident families.
