Community House Mental Health Agency’s Patricia K. Apartments add 52 affordable housing units for individuals with chronic mental illness who are exiting homelessness to Seattle’s Central District. Patricia K. also includes intensive on-site support services, and a day center serving non-residential Community House clients with a meals program, case management, mental health and medical services. The second floor houses the administrative offices for Community House Mental Health Agency. Patricia K. is adjacent to Jackson Heights, a 74-unit building providing affordable workforce housing.
